Yes !!!


I made it for the morning jog.

I can't imagine,
I manage to crawl up for a jog, in the morning!!!



that's a first time in my life, and
my virgin 'morning jog' was gone just like that........
but it surely won't be the last.



I don't know how far i had jogged,
because everything was so dark then,
hence, it's hard to find those little meters marking on the way.


Today's jog was only quite fair,
can't even pass the 2.4km test timing that's for sure




still got quite abit of time so no worries =)
and, maybe later in the noon I might go to the gym........
