Why should I "PAY UP FIRST" for my takeaway 煮炒,that I've only just order it..... What is this service? I don't see why I have to, Fuck U _|_

Last Sunday, 9th may 2010
during the dinner crowds around 8pm

Me and Bro went out to get some dinner,
511 market was expect-ably crowded with people
we had no choice but to get the dinner at the
not so crowded 509 Kopitiam, and because F1
was starting soon....

We made the order at the 煮炒 (CookedFood) stall at 509, the auntie asked me to pay first.
I thought for awhile and it seems not quite right that I should pay up first.
Then I looked at their pantry and there was a long queue on the waiting list.

I told the auntie that I will pay later, but she kept insisting me to pay first.
something amiss....

she even fake up a reason and ask me to pay first
so that when I come back later, I could pick up the food and leave faster.
How long do you think making payment going to take anyway?
What FUCKING logic is this? 

somehow I know that they are worried that we might bail out on them

I told the auntie that I will come back for the
food and pay later, then I walked away,
she shouted back and ask "AH Boy, you still want your it?"
I replied back "Yes, I will be back for it"

awhile later..........
I got back to get the stuff, I then politely asked them

Me: Why is the reason you want me to pay first ?
auntie: It's the policy for weekends, because the customer might cancel their
              order because of the long wait.
Me: I don't like the ideal of this, and I won't pay in advance.
auntie: oh, sorry sorry.....sorry sorry
Me: never mind (walking away like a angry man)
auntie: sorry sorry(behind).........

I don't see why I should pay first, besides it just few dollars stuffs
there a risk in every business and it includes F&B and that the kind
of risk they can't avoid by using deposit first, they could just improve
on their service speed so that lesser people would bail out on them.

and why on earth will I runaway for?
This isn't the first time I purchased their stuff
or that I have cheated them before or something.
If you don't even trust your patrons, then why should they support you?

When they first started business here, they would bring your takeaways to you
and address you properly, not just shout "Ah Boy, your Food 好了"
it's 360 degree change of service attitude, fucking realistic people.....
