Today is the end of 2nd week of Semester 2.
pardon me for my long absent from my diary
I wanted to write this weeks ago, but it just kept dragging
So,Here's an post of what I had achieved physically during past 6 week,
many might have seen the results or heard that I'd gained weights,
Yes and in fact I'hv gainned like 6kg's during the 6 week holiday!!!
that's 1kg per week...........
I did it through both meals and supplements product,
and I shall continue this tomorrow, its a tiring day you know!!!

Yes, I'm back to continue this post as promised, but after
3 days long.
I don't know why, but it has become harder and harder for me to keep an blog already......
I had been taking a product called "Pro complex gainer" during the 6 week break,
this above is the picture of the 2.5kg giant tub of powder drink I put into me..........
this is the measuring scoop provided in the tub.
this is one serving, which is approximately 165 grams.
60 grams of pure protein, vitamins and digestive enzymes
The digestive stuff inside, really help to build appetite.
Of course you need to eat alot for the whole thing to work out well.
this is after which water was added and well mixed, total
12 oz of liquid.
and did I mention that it taste like Milo, but without sugar and it's quite tasty actually.
The supplements For the first week,
I had it for 3 times a week, before bed i drank 1 serving.
it's to kick start the whole system first......
and then,
I'll just had 1 serving after each trip to the gym.
I went to gym only just 1 - 2 times a week...........
The dietAs for my diet, I'll follow my brother's eating diet as closely as possible.
he's around 65kg, so there's no much worries because mine lesser than him.
that way I'm able to break away from my current eating diet and up-size to that of his.
Following his diet as closely as possible, means that every time he wants to get food
I'll get food also,
For breakfast,
I'll have like 4 pieces of wholemeal bread with butter and a cup of milk
Lunch,
I'll just eat as per normal
Dinner,
Will be @ 6pm or 7pm,
I started marinating 2 serving chickens breast at around 5pm, with some
teriyaki marinating sauce available from the local NTUC.
- Dinner will normally be tomato pasta and teriyaki chicken.
at times, we got really sick of pasta and I'm now very afraid of pasta already !!!
Supper,
Will be @ 10 - 11pm
We'll just go down for takeaways.....
that's all, I think.
nothing much, except for swallowing a whole pig.
